I am trying to get rid of dnsunlocker but to no avail when i vist sites in firefox its creating hundreds of popups ive used mail ware bytes comodo awdcleaner and none have cleaned it fully its not in my program list to remove checked dns settings and their set to obtain does anyboyd no any free scanners that removes this evil add ware

check internet explorer's settings, assuming that you are using "internet explorer", and see if "toolslib.net" has been added to IE's "restricted sites" zone.. if so, you will need to remove it from the list of "restricted sites"..

don't ask me how it was added to IE's "restricted sites" zone.. i don't know..

or, it is possible that microsoft has a blocklist for IE where the download is being...

Unfortunately, I'm quite pessimistic..

1. What exact error message are you receiving while you try to log-in?
2. Are you logging-in using Microsoft User account or Local User account?

Did you already reboot your computer ?

i have upgraded to windows 10 and it will not let me unlock and says my password is wrong. anyone having same problem or know haw to sort out this windows 10 locked out issue. thanks in advance.

Can you find this adware on your Programs and Features? If you can see it there, you will be able to uninstall DNS Unlocker from your computer. And then you need to check if malicious browser extensions haven been added to your Chrome. You can get rid of it by following the removal guide in this post.

Sinon depuis, j'utilise Firefox et je n'ai pas rencontré de problème avec ce naviguateur (je le précise on ne sait jamais ^^).
