According to systemlookup, this entry is classified as borderline. I suggest you to uninstall IOBit uninstaller. If you don't, AdwCleaner will not clean it since IOBit will reinstall it after its deletion. It's up to you.

Can you give me the result of the ipconfig /all :

Search for "powershell" in the applications list, and then copy/paste the following command :

ipconfig /all

Then, press "Enter", and share here the result.

J'ai refais des tests, avec un point de restauration ou la synchro fonctionnait bien et j'ai passé AdwCleaner v5.115 puis MBAM et je n'ai pas eu de souci. Je pense que cela vient de la version v5.116...

Oui c'est bien avec la  v5.116 que c'est apparu, J'ai eu le pc lundi 9 au soir.  La restauration complète de la quarantaine d'AdwCleaner (test) n'a rien changé...mais un retour à un point de restauration système antérieur corrige évidemment le problème de synchro...

Why do you have to restore the system ? Do you have a precise error message ?

When I use the Adwcleaner tool , it deletes Windows files, do not know which files , I know I have to restore the system to an earlier date, I do not know if the windows 8.1 is not compatible , or other problem , like the tool, but use only in the latter case .
