have you ran the Roguekliller in safe mode ? will . I need to run the Roguekliller once again to confirm it! you no need to ran adwcleaner again . it’s maybe a bug in adwcleaner (and I had the same problem as your)
also you could to ran adware cleaner in the safe mode and see if that is help or not
if non above is helped then I can to let you about other options !

I use AdwCleaner on a constant basis. Recently I scanned a computer with it to remove some residual shopathome.com issues. Afterwards I noticed an entire folder missing. I have only one anti-virus program installed on my system and all the others is a Portable Security tools ! they can not be uninstalled it !

and note what you see is not a anti-virus software but it is just a Portable anti-malware scanners ....
