I see that you update adwcleaner at 5.030 version but still no escape from redirect to newpoptab.

Today I will try to reinstall firefox; if the adware will disappear, I will inform you.

latest result... malwarebytes scan ok...no detection....  did run reason again and yes detected ramnit...  decided to click on ignore...and yes adw opened up and ran a scan...deleted adw manually and uninstalled reason core..downloaded adw again and it opened up and ran a scan with no problem...  so this might be a false positive...for added safety I will run trend micro housecall later on and ...

Ok will do that...  will download ADW 5.03 first and put it in users/johann/downloads... will let  you know the result of the scan..  regards

Please launch Malwarebyte's Anti-Malwares and do a scan of the whole system. Be patient and share me the results.

This adware never stop. I think a lot of people have a simillar problem.

May be I must to reinstall firefox.

Can you share the whole folder this time ? The extension seems to be located somewhere else.. :

• Open the same folder
• Select all -> send-to "compressed folder"
• Host the zipped file on Up2Sha.re

Je suis très septique à propos de ton rapport, il a pas vraimment le format attendu, il devrait nottament être bien plus détaillé sur les menaces détectés en question.

Je viens de faire la manip chez moi, et je n'ai pas ce soucis.

Tu peux rééssayer de me renvoyer le rapport en choissisant bien le dernier journal d'examun, celui à la bonne date donc, et en choisissant bien le format...

J'ai effectué les manoeuvres que vous m'avez dites mais cela n'a rien changé. J'avais validé et faire Ok et redemarrer.  Je viens de regarder dans réseau et la coche validé n'est pas resté cocher. Ce matin l'ordinateur n'avait pas l'internet comme tous les autres matins. Il a fallu que je le redémarre pour que j'aie l'internet.
