locked when a new vers update of adwcleaner?

There are two points about it, but nothing related to a quality degradation:

• we are working on the next major release, that's why we've decided to reduce the update publications.
• the database is still updated nearly daily to include new definitions without requiring a full software update.

Please let us know if you need a specific feature request or anything else.

it should be only a circumstance but these delays are related back to yr acquisition by malawarebyte....

i'd prefer more yr updates at least ever 15days..anyway it's only my personal opinion

the malawarebyte acquisition has delayed yr updates and in my opinion this is unfair

take it as it is..do not worry too much..is only my personal idea

We're doing our best to provide fully working updates, and it takes time (tests, internal feedbacks, translations..). Obviously, many things happen in the background. We will never publish a new release every 15 days just because we have to increase the version number. It doesn't make sense.

Also, we're working practically full-time on the next major release.

28 feb..now it is 26 march..no updates...

i repeat that since the acquisition by malwarebytes of yr precious tool the updates became very very slow..

and this is a real pity

i prefer a lot before when,it is a my personal opinion, you were much more -free- in yr working

Once again: it's not because you don't see anything that we are not working hard on this. It's 2 a.m here; and I'm answering you, on a week-end.

Some stuff have been shared with several contributors this week, and the feedbacks have been (very) positive so far.

A new v6.x release will be out next week, bundled with an updated database and a minor GUI fix. As always, the database is updated daily, and you benefit from it automatically, without any notice.

We are working hard during the weekdays, but also during week-ends to make the v7 happen. The slower development rate these last weeks are normal and expected in order to work on the v7, which once released will see the usual publications back. Once again, I hope you can understand that.
