adwcleaner bug in windows 8.1

Can you share the whole logfile ? (from C:\AdwCleaner\)

When I use the Adwcleaner tool , it deletes Windows files, do not know which files , I know I have to restore the system to an earlier date, I do not know if the windows 8.1 is not compatible , or other problem , like the tool, but use only in the latter case . Ha , I'm from BRAZIL , if he did not understand something is translator 's fault.

I don't see any legitimate files in the report, each element which has been removed had to be..

Why do you have to restore the system ? Do you have a precise error message ?

Has no error message, the windows just do not carry, browsers do not work with internet connection is nonexistent. I think the windows system files app , regarding the connection and load applications are removed , because after the system restore, everything returns to normal , I do not know to identify the files. In the last log you posted , it was one that happened the bug, some of these files should be removed important part of the windows

Search for "powershell" in the applications list, and then copy/paste the following command :

So you loose the network connection with this configuration ? Or the result above is the one got when the connection is working well ?

After using AdwCleaner and losing the network connection, can you open a browser and copy/paste the line below to the adressbar to see if you can reach it ?

You should see a "Index Of" page.

Otherwise, can you relaunch AdwCleaner, open the "Options" menu and be sure that "Reset TCP/IP settings" is ticked.

Then, press the  Clean button and come back to give the result.
