Hm, we'll try to get more informations:

• Download FRST
• Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
• Click on the "Scan" button
• The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
• Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated links.

Tried running FRST. Says this version is not compatible with your operating system. Please use FRST64. When I try to open FRST64, I get error message, This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC check with the software publisher. Back to where I started. Guess I'll have to rollback my OS to Windows 7 to run adwcleaner.

Indeed, if you can't run FRST due to the same error, there's something wrong here.. (AdwCleaner runs on W10).

Do you have the same issue with any other applications ?

May you try a check with MBAM first since it may be malicious:

• Download MalwareBytes Anti Malware here.
• Launch MalwareByte's Anti Malware from your desktop
• Click on the tab Settings -> Detection & Protection -> PUP/PUM and check "Treat these detections like malware".
• Tab Exam choose Threats, click on Scan now, and click on Launch the exam.
• If something is detected, choose to Quarantine everything. If it asks you to reboot the computer, do it.
• After the reboot (or at the end of the exam), launch Malwarebytes -> click on History -> Application logs -> Select the last exam log -> Show.
• Click on Export -> text file (*.txt) -> Choose the desktop as destination, name the file "report-mbam" for example, and click on Save.
• Paste the logfile in your next answer.

Alas no. When I try to run I still get error message: "adwcleaner_6.000.exe is not a valid Win32 application."

1) Please, do the log MBAM as it noticed  below:

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware or from the mirror. Install it (during setup do not choose free test period), update bases setup proxy if needed). Click on Scan tab, choose Custom and click on Scan Option. Choose all disk drives in next window, choose Warn in drop-down menu and press Scan.Do not delete nothing by yourself!!! After scan completion save its result in text file

Then upload the log file on up2share. Then post the link in your reply.
