AWD not working

Hi there I am no PC expert.

ADW 2 days ago to disnifect 2 computers that appear to have some kind of Key tracing. The keys have to be pushed a little more systematically, and every few letters dont work.The mouse also doesnt work as well, scrolling and clicks are slow and in accurtate.

I used ADW and it found key several things,and cleaned both PC, and they were fantastic for 24 hours. Now they appear infected again, and I have run ADW v5.117 several times, and it says there is no malicious software.

Help would be appreciated, and thankyou for your excellent products.

Hi there. I rebooted my PC, and turned off the wifi internet access, and ran it again......as you can see there was a Key Tracing thing.

This has once again installed itself on another pc I have, and imagine it may be back on this pc within 24 hours.

Hope you can offer a solution.

Hello,

The "Tracing Keys" entry in the logfile is quite normal in modern versions of Windows. Please refer to the documentation if needed.

thanks, but its not the result that is the problem, its the typing (hit keys "exact" and having a rhythm, not typing too fast) and mouse scroll (just doenst click or scroll properly) that dont work correctly. However, after having run the AWD it was back to normal......
