Run AdwCleaner, Tools > Options. Tick "Debug" in the mode section.
Then, do a scan, and a clean. Share the generated logfile from C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.
Which file is the debug file?
Can you share us the whole Debug log file? You can use Up2Sha.re if you want, or just copy its content on your next answer.

Adwcleaner rarely has false positives. It is good that you are extra careful with what you are removing and how it works, but you have no worries here.
