The second BSOD is caused by the same processus. It's probably my fault, I made a mistake when I added this case to the database.. Can you retry now (with the v5.112) ? (and be sure to get a network connection to get the latest database update)

Thanks, the dump file was useful it was at least due to the PRSvc.exe process. Can you retry again ? (be sure the database has been updated..).
If you face another BSOD, can you redo the same thing as here ?
