Bonjour,
Merci.
Cordialement.

Hello,
Do you have more luck with the v6: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/ ?
1) The folders will be deleted and the files as well.
2) There were no shortcuts on my test system and that's why they are not in the log. Otherwise they would be deleted.
If AdwCleaner don't delete those files on your system:
1) Check that you use the latest version of the program and please share the whole logfile.
2) Please write what files are not deleted.
@Kyle9494: The issue is solved, and there's definitely no need of SpyHunter.
I know there is an advanced anti-malware program that can deal with browser hijackers, adware and potentially unwanted programs. Download it here.
but files and shortcuts is not removed
AdwCleaner and now finds and removes it, for example log

Hello,
Sorry for the delay. I made some tests and removed it from the database. If you launch AdwCleaner with a working networking connectivity, the detection shouldn't happen anymore.
Best regards,
