1.- Resulta que el problema de "El nombre del directorio no es válido" era mas grave de lo que pensé. Hemos perfeccionado el estudio acerca de este error y porfín hemos encontrado la solución

A pesar de que lanzamos la versión 15.4.0.3 con el Error Reparado, habían ocaciones en los que también les ocurría el mismo error.
Even though we released version 15.4.0.3 with Fixed Error, there were times when the same error occurred.
