J'ai comet arcad et adportal.rapsio.com que je n'arrive pas à supprimer et qui reste actif même si j'ai scanner et nettoyer avec adwcleaner à 2 reprises.

The name of the software is called "PC Clean Maestro" by CompuClever. If there is any way in your next release, do you mind creating an adware removal routine for this piece of malware. and why ,if it is true, is not possible to remove it...??

Bonjour, je viens de télécharger ADWCLEANER v3.307 pour supprimer istartsurf et autres adwares téléchargés à mon insu
Matériel : PC HP ENVY 17 sous Windows 8.1 version 64 bits
Problème : Lorsque je clique sur "SCANNER" j'obtiens le message suivant :
