OK, so we'll try to resolve this issue.

I would suggest you to run Network troubleshooter, it will automatically troubleshoot the network problem and check. If it helps.

1. Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
2. Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
3. Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
4. Click on Network troubleshooter.
5. Click on Advanc...

You can't use any sqlite3.dll file, AdwCleaner uses a very specific one. We'll need some cleaning before:

- Launch AdwCleaner, ignore the error message. Click on File > Uninstall.

Then:

1. Download CCleaner from here, and install it.
2. Start CCleaner (there should be a shortcut on your Desktop)
3. Go in Options tab > Advanced, untick Only delete Windows temporary files older than 24 hours....

je suis un peu voir carrement perdu. J'ai fait une 1^ere  analyse avec adwcleaner. J'ai découvert des menaces. Toutes ces menaces ont disparues . Je redemarre mon pc , je fais une 2^eme analyse je vois une menace sur une clé de registre, j'effectue un 2^eme nettoyage avec adwcleaner , la clé de registre est supprimé . Sadly after I manually cleaned the folders that the AdwCleaner coulden't clean, the pc "seems" clean for it, but I have my suspicions, because no program can clean a pc Completly. I will check if i had set debug on when i started cleaning before disableing the folder cleaning.

I am just doing my internet business and suddenly a pop-up comes from Malwarebytes told me to turn on all real time protection. I checked it out and I noticed Exploit protection was turned off.
