I did the same with my second machine with WIN 8.1. The same problem, the same error message. Atgtached pls find the content of the debug log file.

Nevertheless, the findings of the "PUP.Adware.Heuristic" in the folder "C:\ProgramData\Audyssee Labs" you cannot find in the protocol file!

 Can you develop a bit?

I guess, i found out, where the error came from.  After the scan has finished, following screen can be seen:

Before doing what is described above by JoshRoss, please try the following manipulation:

1. Activate the debug mode (go to Tools > Options > tick "debug")
2. Then, do a scan and a clean to trigger the crash
3. Finally, please share the file C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log in your next answer

Pretty much a great option. The problem is, even with anti-virus or anti-malware on phones, it still is not enough as phones are more complicated to detect issues on.

Although I'm currently not using MalwareBytes on my Android devices, I have used this app on Android in the past. And I like it very much for its simplicity. It does, as the name suggests, take care of malware. No silly optimizers or other useless add-ons.

Downloaded the program about 10 minutes ago.  Ran program and got the error messsage that says the program is outdated.  Are you now working in the future and posting programs that we cannot see yet?
