Hello,

I recently ran Adwcleaner on my Macbook Pro on the Windows 10 partition, and after it flagged several registry files and rebooted, I can no longer login to Windows 10.  It displays, "Other User" instead of my name, and when I try to login as a local user with "BRIAN-PC\Brian" and my password, it restarts abruptly and starts the cycle again.

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link in your reply

I could type in www.hotmail.com and it would redirect me to https://dub126.mail.live.com/default.aspx?rru=inbox everytime. DelFix aims to remove every tool we used, so it has to be used after everything else.

You do not need to relaunch AdwCleaner.

Should I use this solution before or after Adwcleaner?

I just curious because all ZHP logs I sent to you were created before Adwcleaner run
