We have received several reports that AdwCleaner are mistakenly identifying the Save to Pocket extension as another extension that is known to be malicious. This extension appears to be using our unique identifier, and therefore users are being told to uninstall the Pocket extension incorrectly. 

Any ideas of how we can remedy this? It's a shame that users are being told to remove...

Just installed AdwCleaner v5.007 and ran it for first time.

Les policies Chrome n'ont pas été réinitialisées d'après le rapport. Il devrait y avoir du mieux cependant.

Pouvez-vous suivre ces instructions pour réparer Firefox :

Cliquez sur le menu , puis sur Aide et sélectionnez Informations de dépannage. Cliquez alors sur le bouton Réparer Firefox.

Nous remettrons vos extensions par la suite.

Ensuite, de la même façon pour Google Chrome ...

Attention, pour faire une analyse il convient de cliquer sur "Scanner" et non "Nettoyer".

Pouvez-vous relancer AdwCleaner et activer l'option "Réinitialiser les paramètres TCP/IP" & "Réinitialiser les policies Chrome", puis cliquer sur "Nettoyer" ?

Je suis ensuite preneur du rapport une nouvelle fois.

Pour info : Le module était HTML Validator, mais ce faux positif a été depuis longtemps retiré de la base de données.

I would highly recommend a few improvements that would have prevented or minimized the difficulties I experienced.

1. Display the Log File after the Scan is done, so that it's more obvious what was found before Cleaning starts. My Scan didn't find any "Services" to clean so my GUI didn't change. Even if a display had appeared to indicate I should check all tabs before Cleaning, I might have av...
