Hi, no, it is located in E:\ , I never had it in Download folder. Yes, I downloaded 7.2.7.0 from toolslib site, the app work well; only since 7.2.6.0 the "remove" botton has no effects. Hi yankeelady2015, you simply did a miracle! I performed the scannow as requested 16 day ago (CBS log posted above, with repairs). I tested the pc at reboot for about 10 days....always perfect!!! I already answered that AdwCleaner is intended only to clean adware and nothing more independently what system is infected – XP or newer. To do more with curing - there are many other tools like AVZ (or other from Autologger pack), FRST etc. So it is inappropriately to say that AdwCleaner not support XP because it couldn’t cure more than simply adware in it.
