I did find something called Adblock Plus as seen at https://adblockplus.org/

BUT I had rather clean and get rid of them entirely instead of blocking them if that is possible?

I ran AdwCleaner to help eliminate some issues I have encountered and v5.013 incorrectly deleted at least two folders, following are the two lines from the log.

I've had one or two infections that AdwCleaner could not remove from Edge.  The last few or so, I have been able to remove by re-installing Edge completely.  It will remove all data from Edge (history, favorites, cookies, etc), but here is a tool to re-install Edge:  http://fatt.xyz/programs/reinstall-microsoft-edge/
