The problem with Comodo might be due to some other troubles..

As title states, when running 5.032 on XP SP3+ the update dialog box is empty (probably supposed to contain a title "Update Detected" and body text of "A Newer Version of AdwCleaner has been detected.  Upgrade Now?")

The Ok/Cancel buttons are there, its simply missing all the text.  Might want to check 5.033 to see if this bug is carried forward as well.

would you pls check above mentioned add on for F/P? It works for me for many years without any problems and was never detected by any other security software.

I guess i over looked are these supposed to be for Windows 7 as well, i have never seen them mentioned in the log files?

I'll have ro check, but would like to know why they are not showing if they should be?

As said previously, v5.032 fixes the crashes on Windows XP. Regarding the winsock reset, we'll take a look on that and maybe disable this option by default.

I added "f-secure" to the whitelist, it shouldn't be detected now. It was detected because of the keyword "safesearch" which is often used by adwares.

Thanks for the reply I have been using a version on windows 7 and never noticed the the winsock or tracing  log on the version on windows 7.

Are the winsock and tracing default settings on the version for windows 8.1?  i do not have a problem just a question.. i have never  changed anything or had any issues, works fine.

Le pc d'un voisin semble avoir une inflationnite du dossier winsxs. Le dossier fait 18Go et la partition C est du coup en manque d'espace. (30Go)

Il s'agit d'un Windows Vista SP2. Une idée pour y faire le ménage proprement ? J'ai déjà nettoyé les fichiers gardés lors des installations des Service Pack sans que cela soit vraiment efficace (compcln.exe).
