In my first scan found Adwcleaner the next problems...

Then, can you relaunch AdwCleaner, click on Tools -> Options and tick "Debug" in "Mode" section.

Do a scan and a clean, the crash should still occur. Simply exit the freezed window. Then, host the file "C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log" on https://up2sha.re/ and copy/paste here the generated link.

About WinZip, it seems to come with nasty things (repack/bundle). Of course, we stands against such practices. We'll do some more research on that, I'll keep you informed.

Pour KLM\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\APPID\{93469602-4134-4012-A6BC-3E73B9855F90}, il s'agit bien d'un élément potentiellement non désiré.

Concernant WinZip, ce logiciel pratique le repack/bundle. C'est à dire qu'il peut vous arriver d'installer des programmes additionnels non désirés en plus de WinZip. Nous sommes évidemment contre cette pratique. Nous allons effectuer des recherches approfond...

je viens vers vous afin de vous expliquer mon problème, nettoyant mon ordinateur comme à mes habitudes à l'aide de ce logiciel, je me retrouve actuellement avec deux menaces trouvées, mais de type WinZip, et qui s'avèrent non effaçable, j'ai beau redémarrer une fois le nettoyage fini, les clefs persistent.
