Pouvez-vous me fournir les rapports générés ?

L'ordinateur se freeze au bout de quelques minutes après le démarrage ? Ce comportement a lieu suite à un évènement précis ou rien de spécial ?

The log that generates after choosing debug mode is as follow, as you can see from it, it doesn't complete the scan. On the progress bar it doesn't show anything.

Normally, ADWCleaner is able to remove adware even on 64-bits computers.

In fact I suspect that if the adware is not remove, it is because ADWCleaner don't know him yet, but if it is the case I will warn it's developper.

To be sure, I need the ADWCleaner log, you will find him in :

To understand what's happening on your conputer, can you use ZHPDiag :

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website.
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click).
• Then upload the log file on up2share.
• Then post the link in your reply.

I have an aggravating pop up that freezes my computer.  I have to start task manager and end the process to unlock.  I have tried the adwcleaner and it still comes back.  Any suggestions.

Sorry for the delay.

1. Please download CCleaner,
2. Go in Options tab > Advanced, untick Only delete Windows temporary files older than 24 hours.
3. Then in Options  tab > Surveillance, untick the both boxes.
4. In the Clean tab, click on "Clean".
5. When the cleaning is done, go in the "Registry" tab, click on "Find errors" and then "Fix".

Les encarts de publicité apparaissent sur quel navigateur ?

1. Téléchargez ZHPDiag ici : http://www.nicolascoolman.fr/download/zhpdiag/?wpdmdl=803
2. Exécutez-le, puis cliquez sur "Scanner"
3. Patientez durant l'analyse (quelques minutes).
4. Cliquez enfin sur le bouton "Rapport". Un fichier devrait alors apparaître dans le bloc-note.

Je suppose que vous voulez parler d'AdwCleaner ?

Si oui, je vous invite à consulter la documentation dédiée.

Dans tous les cas, n'effectuez qu'une analyse. Si le logiciel trouve des éléments, copiez/collez le rapport dans votre réponse ici et on s'occupera ensemble de nettoyer votre ordinateur.

Ok pour RogueKiller. Le souci a été remonté au développeur et devrait être corrigé rapidement.

Dans c:/windows/minidumps, vous devez avoir un ou des fichiers .dmp. Comme ci-dessus, pouvez-vous faire une archive .zip de ces fichiers, l'héberger sur Up2Sha.re et me fournir le lien ?

Est-ce que vous pouvez retrouver le nom du fichier ou de l'infection détectée par l'antivirus ?
