hi Several weeks ago a had an issue with malware in Firefox and CHROME.

We tried several times to remove the malware with some tools (ADW cleaner and tools like MBAM and JRT).

Je suppose que c'est arrivé juste après que tu ai cliqué sur le bouton "importer", c'est normal, clique sur ok et copie dans l'écran le script en commençant à "Script ZHPFix" et en finissant par "EmptyFlash". Puis continue de suivre les instructions précédentes.

Pour ZHPFix il  ya un blocage. Je n'ai pas eu de script sinon la réponse ci dessous.

So, I don't see anything who could create such an issue for the speakers.. It's really strange. Does the problem persists when you plug external speakers ?

I will help you to clean your computer.

First thing you need to know is that to do that, we won't use every tools existing praying that this would be enough.

That is not a good way to eradicate malware. Instead, we will use first a diagnostic tool, and when we will know what is in your computer, we will use the tool designed for removing that malware. So please, stop running every too...

Just a little more feedback. After scanning the pop up no malicious software found comes up, but also shown is uncheck what you want to keep. Checking the logfile shows that nothing was found. Checking all the tabs also lists nothing to remove.

1. Via le menu Démarrer, tapez "cmd.exe" et validez par [Entrée]
2. Tapez "ping 151.80.7.164", validez par entrée
3. Faites une capture d'écran du résultat
