ok then here the services name that cause the problem which adware cleaner was unable to remove them in the normal-mode but adware cleaner tool was able to remove them only on the safe-mode without any "not responding Message" or such of it

Since I don't see the precise issue, it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's not abnormal to need to run in safemode in order to remove specific elements.

yeah some time adware cleaner is "not responding" During of adwares-removal process and that was in normal-mode !

so I had to boot my system to safe-mode in order to remove some adwares with the adware cleaner tool !
