Effectivement, il ne faut pas appeler ce numéro.

On devrait pourvoir vous débarrasser de ce problème :

• Téléchargez Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (à partir d'un autre ordinateur et transférez sur l'ordinateur infecté à l'aide d'une clé USB - évitez ensuite de brancher cette clé sur un autre ordinateur avant qu'on l'ait nettoyée).
• Installez-le en laissant les options par défaut, une icôn...
