1) Do you have installed Driver Booster? If yes, then I advise you to uninstall.
2) Download fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Second Protector - AdwCleaner - Cleaned up items, but they return upon reboot
Third Virus Protector: Ad-aware (full) - Cleaned up some stuff, but did not identify AdwCleaner items Currently Installed
Fourth Protector - HitmanPro (free) - ...As the title suggests. I believe this virus is responsible for Windows Defender not being to update its definitions or run at all. Log:

the problem is that it actually found the ucguard.sys.. and then it asked me to restart the computer to remove it but it is still there
