• Download MalwareBytes Anti Malware here.
• Launch MalwareByte's Anti Malware from your desktop
• Click on the tab Settings -> Detection & Protection -> PUP/PUM and check "Treat these detections like malware".
• Tab Exam choose Threats, click on Scan now, and click on Launch the exam.
• If something is detected, choose to Quarantine everything. If it asks you to reboot the computer, do it.

Yes, sure. It seems to me like it tries to rid of the items found, but they are untrusted and should be there. In addition, when I just let it do its automatic thing, upon reboot, in Firefox the No-Script was completely reset and I have to allow again for each new site I visit. Adwcleaner found 39 threats and when it starts to clean, my system becomes unresponsive until I have to restart manually
