Also, if you still have the software killed, please share the debug log from AdwCleaner:

  • Activate the options with Tools > Options > "Debug" in "Mode" section,
  • Do a scan and a clean,
  • Share the file C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.

the change is effective with the definitions updates (automatically done at the beginning of a scan if you have an active network connection). You can copy/paste the logfile in your answer if you're unsure about which definitions you have).

You can keep the quarantined elements from now, we'll see to delete them when the problems will be solved.

You can make the test to restore the registry elements from AdwCleaner. I doubt it will restore your access to the safe-mode, but we'll see and we'll proceed according to your results.

The logfile seems to be complete, it means that the clean process has been successful, without crashing. Also, I do not see any deleted elements related to safe-mode.
