hey, there was someone in here who commented on this thread with a link to how to remove some adware, the link was a tutorial or something on a website. I clicked on it to check it out but my AV blocked it as it was malicious (i didn't download or clicked anything just my AV blocked it), did i just got infected or what ? (the comments got deleted by someone) can anybody answer me please ?

Before doing what is described above by JoshRoss, please try the following manipulation:

1. Activate the debug mode (go to Tools > Options > tick "debug")
2. Then, do a scan and a clean to trigger the crash
3. Finally, please share the file C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log in your next answer
