Although I'm currently not using MalwareBytes on my Android devices, I have used this app on Android in the past. And I like it very much for its simplicity. It does, as the name suggests, take care of malware. No silly optimizers or other useless add-ons.

Greetings. I don't see a reason why you shouldn't be able to do so. It looks like all the files and registries are not part of natural Windows process. Adwcleaner rarely has false positives. It is good that you are extra careful with what you are removing and how it works, but you have no worries here.

What criterias are you targeting Advanced System Care for more specificly? Their programs have saved my and my friends computers several times. It feels like there must be a reason for this? Hi with latest adwcleaner 6.045 advanced systeme care pro 10.2 is now detected as TR with my avira anti virus.
Please fix this issue because this sofware is clean
