• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)...

There is no way to check if 5.035 is fixed unless and until it detects a newer version such as 5.036 (or anything higher than 5.035).

Once you release 5.036....we'll find out...

Windows XP SP3. In fact, it is crasy. Because my elder version 5.027 suddenly began to work as it is (withot opening it with “Download manager”. I would very much like to know what the manufacturer thinks, but I'm afraid he does not follow the forum! Anyhow, this software is very good, it has killed on my mashine some very annoying adw others did not find.

Press Windows + R , then type eventvwr.msc /s

Search for events related to "Critical process died" ( it should be under "Critical category" )

Can you tell me if you find events related to it ? If so, can you provide me with those informations ( double click on the event, then on "Details" and copy/paste the content )
