I do a cleanup of the installed software frequently, there should be not to much unknown.

Most of the programs you listed are installed since a while and known to me (some are quite famous like Corel or Paragon), only DocMgr is quite questionable - it isn't listed in the installed programs, and I can find it listed in the start menu.

Can you copy/paste here the AdwCleaner logfile ? (in C:\AdwCleaner\) ?

who were very helpful and said it had been a conflct problem with another application called Weeble.

tu a besoin de quoi je supose une liaison telephone?  ou j'alume un deuxieme pc ?

We'll try to update the drivers related to sound management :

While on the Windows 8 desktop, press Win+W, type Device Manager, to search for it in Settings. Click on Device Manager to open it.

Look for "Sound controllers" and open the arborescence. Then, on each sub-item:

• right click on it,

For the speakers, you can also try with headphones. If you can't get one, we'll try to investigate with the drivers.

Oui , mes explications ne sont pas  très claires

En fait le bureau de l'utilisateur dont la session est montée se situe dans le dossier C:\Documents and Settings\"nom_d'utilisateur"\Bureau

Le dossier "desktop" que j'ai créé ne se situe pas sur le bureau mais en parallèle soit C:\Documents and Settings\"nom_d'utilisateur"\desktop

Je ne sais pas si c'est le cas pour adwcleaner , mais j'ai eu u...
