It's a false positive, and it will be removed in the coming database update.

However, it doesn't create any damage if you delete it and will probably be re-created.

However, how is inistart.tbs going to start since Adwcleaner removed the inistart.tbs string at the end of the shortcut?

The task has been removed from the database. The other entry is about an infected shortcut. If you select it, AdwCleaner will clean the shortcut but not deletes it.

Has no error message, the windows just do not carry, browsers do not work with internet connection is nonexistent. Why do you have to restore the system ? Do you have a precise error message ?

Pouvez-vous télécharger SEAF. Clic-droit sur l'icône -> Exécuter en temps qu'Administrateur.

Dans le champ de recherche, entrez "sqlite3.dll". Cliquez sur "Lancer la recherche".

Un rapport s'ouvre à la fin, envoyez le ici. Il contiendra l'ensemble des fichiers portant le nom ci-dessus présent sur votre système.
