That’s not necessary. AdwCleaner does not “install” anything more than what I listed above. Hence why you don’t ever need to go to add/remove programs on the Windows Control Panel in order to “uninstall” the software.
To be more precise, the AdwCleaner executable is portable. It just creates an extra folder at the following location C:\AdwCleaner.
Here is the one from the session that ran right after it installed correctly. AdwCleaner doesn't seem to like Wise and Auslogics applications; it found them and quarantined them, which is fine. Now, the issue with AdwCleaner not installing was occuring before Wise or Auslogics apps were installed.

It looks like AdwCleaner (any version above 7.0.5.0) will not install on my Win 10 64bit PC after it was updated with MS's Fall Creator's Update. When trying to install versions 7.0.70 and the current 7.0.8.0 I get an error stating, "This app can't run on your PC. I downloaded it. But the computer shows a message saying it can not run the application. Ask to consult the software vendor. Another point is that the program icon does not appear (image of an insect). Displays a standard Windows software icon.

The decison in Version 3, Malwarebytes became to bloaty & buggy. I see people running Version 2 on Windows 7.
