the only -living- activity here seems to close 3d not in compliance with the -new- malawarebyte's acquisition guidelines..
what a shame..
more then 30 days to have a -minor- update..when it always tooks nearly 15days in the past..
consequently a BIG BUG in the tool here since nearly a YEAR..
and a vers, the 7.1, announced at october 2017..STILL to come
and now a new tool, ZHP cleaner is on...
That’s not necessary. AdwCleaner does not “install” anything more than what I listed above. Hence why you don’t ever need to go to add/remove programs on the Windows Control Panel in order to “uninstall” the software.
To be more precise, the AdwCleaner executable is portable. It just creates an extra folder at the following location C:\AdwCleaner.
Greetings,
Please run AdwCleaner in debug mode.
Thanks.
Hello,
i guess, all questions and all answers are interesting for all users of ADW, therefore i would be necessary, to use an universal language within this forum.
Thanks
D'accord merci ! :)
Just ran it again this morning and it still fails. I did not do a dump, but it looks like it stopped in the same area.

Hello,
Since Malwarebytes handles AdwCleaner go here to get a reliable download https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/?ref=adw
there are no PUP's related to this download. Have a great day!
Hello,
Désolé pour le temps d'attente.
Je vous confirme que le problème sera corrigé avec l'arrivée de la 7.1.
Cordialement.
Greetings,
Do you mean C:\AdwCleaner is still present after running the "Uninstall" process?
Regards.
