I would highly recommend a few improvements that would have prevented or minimized the difficulties I experienced.
1. Display the Log File after the Scan is done, so that it's more obvious what was found before Cleaning starts. My Scan didn't find any "Services" to clean so my GUI didn't change. Even if a display had appeared to indicate I should check all tabs before Cleaning, I might have avoided this problem.
2. Improve the Quarantine Manager so that you can more easily add items to be Restored, or allow users like myself to create a script file without typing in line after line. This isn't a problem when there are a very small number of items to restore. But I had 9,081 Files and 1,782 Folders in the FTB folder that was deleted. Even clicking the checkbox next to each item was not a realistic option with that many files to restore.
3. If it's possible, allow the user to restore each Folder that was deleted, in its entirety, instead of restoring every individual file inside the folder. If the threat is the Folder itself, why do I have to restore individual files?
I'm not sure how much help the Logfile will be, and I can't figure out how to attach a file, so I'm pasting the contents of AdwCleaner[C1].txt:

Oh, I was able to restore all 9000+ files finally. It took about 20 hours, but I am happy to report that everything is back to normal now.
