I lost my dreams in my pc (Win8.1 Pro -- 64x) I had lost all connection to Internet, since I install a program from a dubious site, this destroyed me all forms of internet connection, I was already thinking of reformatting your pc, when I remembered that one day had gone down version adwcleaner 6010 and thought... why not?, and woooooooooow !!! 445 found strange things in my pc, and more a thing called iSafeKrnlboot, the kidnapping my entire PC. But there is just a thing that can could be better,
Can you do just a button for "Update" the software,
because always deleting the previous and download the new is boring...

But I have problems in Windows 10 to close everything and open the explorer.exe become an error that I do not like to open the explorer.exe again this opens but does not work any of his options to produce ... I had no problems with this program or windows xP or windows 7, only windows 8 and windows 10 .. in windows 8 the problem is that when you run the program with administrator mode it closes all the processes and programs including explorer.exe manually opening explorer.exe from the program run in administrator mode open properly but do not function menu options or settings windows 8 ... and get a sign saying they can not open the menu settings because explorer.exe is being executed in administrator mode ... what most want is you add the option of that program and want to close the process in your program thanks and see you later.

Apologies a reboot which took a lot longer than usual appears to have unblocked adwcleaner. Perhaps Windows 10 had not fully cleared its update process previously. Adwcleaner is now working as it should.
Version 6.020 seems to freeze at searching for folders on using it after the latest win10 update for version 1607.
Bonsoir, quand je fais Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur sur l'icone, le sablier apparait 1s. puis plus rien et rien ne se passe, le logiciel ne s'ouvre pas. Pas de service lancé en visu dans le gestionnaire de tache. Cela arrive depuis la version 5.2, idem sur la version 6.

Awesome work! I have a few things to mention though:
AdwCleaner keeps detecting SereneScreen's Marine Aquarium as a problem. This is a legit screensaver I paid for. Please configure it to stop detecting this as a problem. Also HCKU\Software\SlimWare Utilities are not adware / malware or any kind of problem either - it's a program called AVG Driver Updater - it can be downloaded from here: http://www.avg.com/us-en/avg-driver-updater
It's also strange that the AVG PC Tuneup Task Background Maintenance is detected under Scheduled Tasks. AVG PC Tuneup is a legitimate optimization suite that has the to clean registry , temporary files and broken shortcuts and defrag in the background. It's a legit program I installed myself and that can be downloaded from AVG.com.
Other than that, it's a great program. PLEASE:
1. Provide a "Send Feedback / Report incorrect detections" option in the program.
2. Provide the option to have an exclusion list and exclude incorrect detections from being re-detected in future scans, as unchecking every single detail in every single tab gets tiresome.
