Here are some things to go by, tailored to you and leaving out more complicated things like NoScript:
1) Use Firefox as much as possible and not Internet Explorer, unless you really absolutely must.

unten habe ich das aktuelle Protokoll beigefügt.
Zunächst wurden 4 `Bedrohungen` gefunden (s.u.). Nach Neustart des PC nach der Überprüfung durch den ADW CLEANER war aus dem Protokoll erkennbar, daß die 4 `Bedrohungen` gelöscht wurden (s.u.).
Ein erneuter Lauf des ADW CLEANER ergab jedoch, daß diese 4 `Bedrohungen` nach wie vor vorhanden sind - also nicht gelöscht wurden !!!

...Man, in the recent update I think AdwCleaner kinda screw himself over, since I got the same error (but with 2 services) and I saw in your screenshots that the services aren't malware or anything, they are network drivers, network interface, ethernet, those are network drivers stuff, without those you probably won't be able to connect to the internet. Your pc is safe, but AdwCleaner must be fixed.
The same with me!!!!
