Well...since the link of manual removal is deleted, I just want to tell you that if you can not remove MPC Cleaner from control panel, you find its location and click its "uninstaller" file there. As a result, you can manually remove it. There is one thing you should note that it has more than one "unisntaller" file in different folders. You should find them all and clcik them.

I just imported it into my registry and although the import did not fully complete (as some elements were currently in use), I WAS able to access the boot menu with F8 and choose Safe Mode after. I had a similar issue. I manually deleted my issues by following the location of the threats and removing them. An admin told me that they will soon fix it in an upcoming update, but I don't know much about this. Good luck!

Well, bad news.
As ZHPCleaner, ZHPDiag, ADWCleaner and MBAM don't find from where comes thoses pop-ups, we will have to remove it manually !
To do that, we will reset all the preferencies of Internet Explorer, and I can give you better explanation that what is explained on this microsoft description. With choising to Delete personal settings (step 5 of the tutorial).

The AdwCleaner logfile shows us that MPC 's service is still present.
I'have already fought againt that service, and he is clearly well protected.
Actually, the best way to remove it, is to reinstall MPC completly, in order to uninstall it with it's own uninstall application.
The real problem here, is that some tools, like AdwCleaner, tries to remove it, but don't sucess completly...
