Ok, étrange, le fichier n'apparaît pas comme recréé.
Pouvez-vous supprimer ce fichier :
C:\sqlite3.dllEnsuite, pouvez-vous placer le contenu de l'archive (trois fichiers .dll) dans le dossier ? Si un message demande s'il faut écraser les fichiers ou non, confirmez par "oui" pour les écraser.
Relancez SEAF ensuite.
