• Rendez vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPDiag, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistrez le fichier lancez le,
• Cliquez sur l'icône "Scanner" pour faire une analyse complète puis patientez, ça peut durer quelques minutes.
• A la fin de l'analyse, cliquez sur l'icône "Rapport", un rapport va s'ouvrir, et...

Did you download it from ToolsLib or from another source ?

That is exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks! Yes, I download only from ToolsLib. The versions that were being caught were all prior to v5.109. Thanks again!

It's the same "problem" than here - the latest database includes the fix, so you'll need to update it. It should be automatic when you click on [Scan]. Otherwise, please uninstall/reinstall AdwCleaner (by launching it -> "Uninstall") from there : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Yes, it's a Dell.  See the header of the scan file below (i did not post the entire file since it is quite long).  Let me know if you need any additional information.

Sorry for the delay.

You have a Dell computer, don't you ? It may be a corner case with some Dell processes and AdwCleaner..

In the meantime, to be sure that you get the latest database version, can you copy/paste here the content of AdwCleaner scanning logfile (from C:\AdwCleaner\) ?

Sorry for the duplicate post above.  I ran the BlueScreenView program and tried to post at the link but I don't think it liked the .html extension (I could not tell since it was in French).  See output pasted below (note, I deleted a few blank columns to help it fit better).
