- Open AdwCleaner and click Tools > Options and place a check in the box next to Debug Logs
- Run another scan/clean.
- Then, share the file: C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log

AdwCleaner v7 no longer supports Windows XP. You can try to use the previous major version (v6) by following this link: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/files/851/
Please note that it's 10 months old and is no longer updated.

Please turn off Norton's realtime protection when using AdwCleaner or add it to the exclusion list. Then, you should be able to run it successfully.
Don't forget to turn on the protection when you're done.

Oh, snap! I have been using it for 7-10 years already and only now I found out it doesn't have English translashion (Turkish, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus only).
