Hi there gamezertruth,

We created the 4.050 very quickly after the 4.000 update.
This was intended to fix some small not necessary bugs and
some detection improvements on 32 bit computers.

About the message: The publisher could not be verified warning.
This was intended to make computer users more aware of potentially harmful programs.
Our application is not digital signed and that is why you see this message.

About Norton

In my experience as an user of Norton Security
many unknown applications are flagged as

WS.Reputation.1

This could mean that the application is not yet seen before and analysed
in the Symantec community. So in other words the application has no
reputation and that is why it could be dangerous.

Norton also displays this message when the applicaton is known
but has a low reputation score. So that makes the application dangerous.

If you did however received an another norton security response please let us know.

We saw the virustotal scan.
Thank you for the link as on our website we added a MD5 string so you can compare the md5 fingerprint on the application itself.

Thank you for the feedback and supporting our tool

~Force Byte Detector Team

We checked the current signature data (virustotal). We will not remove PlutoTVSetup.exe yet since it has been flagged as malware this will require more research for the behavior of the program itself.

We will however make an exception maybe for wondershare we also will investigate this further.

Hi there gamezertruth,
Before we can help, can you be more specific? :)

During the startup what do you see?
Does an error pop up? if so What kind of error do you receive?

Also which operating system are you currently using?

The application will need to connect through the internet otherwise the database could not be updated.
If there is no database found on the machine itself either, then the application will close itself.

Thank you very much for this masterpiece of software. i was infected by some kind of zeroaccess. not the original one. the one i have is not to detect with "normal" and promoted methods like tdss killer and similar. i did many research and from the traces i found, i conclude it might be zeroaccess. no one was able to help me until now. not even so called "experts". everyone told me i didnt have any issue. then i ran your program. the log showed anything suspicious i found over the last months. and it directley fixed it. restarting the machine and.. everything gone. i still can not believe it. your a genius man. the only one who could help me. you can be proud of yourself. thank you very much. greetings andi.

Bonjour,

Cordialement.

Bonjour Adw détecte BDsandbox qui appartiens à Bitdefender. Donc celui-ci est un faux positif.

Pourriez vous le retirer de la liste.

Merci

Actually, I get the same behavior on a newly created standard account: welcome, black screen and then logging off. I have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Thanks!

Hi, After running AdwCleaner and reboot I cannot log anymore in into my standard Windows 7 account, I get a black screen and then it makes log off. This is an account without password protection. I ran AdwCleaner from inside that standard account, by entering the admin password when asked. Luckily, I can still log in into my admin account. Is there anything to fix this issue? If not, can I undo what AdwCleanr did? Thanks!

Bonsoir Xplode

***** [ Services ] *****

[#] Service Supprimé : ColorMedia
Service Supprimé : cmwf
[#] Service Supprimé : cmwr
[#] Service Supprimé : CMWFP

***** [ Fichiers / Dossiers ] *****

Fichier Supprimé : C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\cmwr.sys
Fichier Supprimé : C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\cmwf.sys

Cordialement
