Normally, ADWCleaner is able to remove adware even on 64-bits computers.

In fact I suspect that if the adware is not remove, it is because ADWCleaner don't know him yet, but if it is the case I will warn it's developper.

I have updated my AV and downloaded another ADWcleaner version 5.014 from your website. This has proven to be fine and works as it always does. So, a few things needs to be removed :

- Please uninstall the followings programs first :

• AVG Web TuneUp
• Spybot - Search & Destroy
• SpywareTerminatorShield

- We need to remove other stuff manually :

• Download ZHPFix here,
• Copy the whole lines below, including "Script ZHPFix" :

We'll use another tool to get more informations :

1. Download ZHPDiag here : http://www.nicolascoolman.fr/download/zhpdiag/?wpdmdl=803
2. Launch it, then click on  "Scan"
3. Be patient during the scan (a few minutes).
4. Finally, click on the button "Report". A text file should appear in the notepad.
5. Host it on https://up2sha.re/ and give me the generated link.

Please, we'll use another tool to check what AdwCleaner missed :

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share
• Then post the link in your reply

I ran AdwCleaner to help eliminate some issues I have encountered and v5.013 incorrectly deleted at least two folders, following are the two lines from the log.

[-] Folder Deleted : C:\CommonShare
[-] Folder Deleted : C:\Program Files (x86)\Rightword Enterprises

The CommonShare folder was created by me for CodeTwo support to sync Outlook catagories across my personal systems. Rightword Enter...

Can you add removal of DNSUnlocker into ADW Cleaner please.

All of the resources avaliable say run ADW Cleaner however it is still not getting removed.

As per the other post I will work on aquiring logs from the affected pc's.

One final question: Are there any other services that might have the same errant info we should reach out to? Can you possbily share where this issue was discovered?
