The logfile seems to be complete, it means that the clean process has been successful, without crashing. Also, I do not see any deleted elements related to safe-mode.
Can you also share the Malwarebytes logfile ?

I had some unwanted popups the other day and seemed to remove them.
As AdwCleaner is recommended for adware/pups, I thought I'd try it out to see if Malwarebytes found everything.
The scan itself was quick, but the removing part took longer, and when it got to the end it crashed (screen went wonky and discoloured, my disabled avira taskbar icon had a big red x through it) and restarted. ...

Ah, ok nevermind. I tried it the other day and it was still showing. Now, it does not. I figure the program probably checks online database as it runs/scans and I hadn't before. :)
You mean in new version of the program? I don't see anything newer than what I was using 6.010, anywhere. Cool, though. Thank you.
Here are some things to go by, tailored to you and leaving out more complicated things like NoScript:
1) Use Firefox as much as possible and not Internet Explorer, unless you really absolutely must.
