I have bought simple help remote software .If I try to run ADWcleaner remotely it will kill the software.

How can I tell ADWcleaner not to kill the remote support program?

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience.

We'll try to recover your folder. Firstly, can you please share me the related clean logfile?

To do this:

• Launch AdwCleaner and go to Logfile > Cleaning tab and double-click on the most recent one;
• Then, please paste it in your next answer.

AdwCleaner does a good job! But now we stepped into a problem. An urgently needed folder was deleted. In quarantine-manager nothing is listed to recover in files (it worked for registry-keys).  We found the folder on our System where it was before but with very special rights. So we are not in the position to recover the folders and files and bring them up to work.

We would be happy to get tip...
