Uninstalling AdwCleaner also remove the Quarantine folder, so you won't be able to access it then.

check internet explorer's settings, assuming that you are using "internet explorer", and see if "toolslib.net" has been added to IE's "restricted sites" zone.. if so, you will need to remove it from the list of "restricted sites"..

don't ask me how it was added to IE's "restricted sites" zone.. i don't know..

or, it is possible that microsoft has a blocklist for IE where the download is being...

FP = False positive .. :-) I removed "Ap" from the database as it was a FP.

AdwCleaner found folder C:\Ap and removed the folder and everything underneath it.  It's a foldershare for one of our customer servers.  Not sure why it would be detected as malware?

Quelques dernières instructions pour conclure :

1. Pour gagner un peu d'espace en supprimant des fichiers inutiles :

• Télécharge et installe CCleaner --> lance le --> clique sur Nettoyeur --> Analyse --> Lancer le nettoyage --> OK.
• Ensuite, clique sur "Options" --> "Surveillance" --> décoche toutes les cases liées à la surve...

On va pouvoir désinstaler les outils utilisés :

• Télécharge DelFix et lance-le,
• Coche Supprimer les outils de désinfection, et Purger la restauration système.
• Clique sur Exécuter.
• Copie/colle le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse (ou idéalement héberge-le sur Up2Sha.re)

Et ensuite oui, de mon côté c'est bon :)

Le problème venait d'une ancienne interface réseau, elle a été supprimée via l'installation de W10.

On va donc pouvoir nettoyer :

1/ Avec Ccleaner : En suivant les mêmes indications concernant CCleaner que sur ce message.

2/ Avec DelFix :

• Téléchargez DelFix et lancez-le,
• Cochez Supprimer les outils de désinfection, et Purger la restauration système.
• Cliquez sur Exécu...
