Dans le menu de Windows 10, recherchez l'application "Powershell".
Dans la fenêtre bleue qui s'ouvre, copiez-collez la commande suivante et validez par la touche Entrée :
Remove-Item c:\Users\KARINE\AppData\Local\Temp\sqlite3.dllSi vous n'avez pas de message d'erreur, le fichier devrait être supprimé.
Sorry long night, but can confirm all false positive flags have since been removed. Nothing suspicious is now being picked up and application is working as intended! Thankyou very much for looking into this, it is much appreciated.

I finally got to download and run it V5.112 and no BSOD, so thank you for looking into it and fixing it for me.

I was far from thinking that the Roxplayer application did use the Acestream technology. Maybe the Acestream software has no malware itself (although the Magicplayer Firefox plugin has got a malware) but the Roxplayer software does have a malware.
