Pouvez-vous lancer AdwCleaner en mode "debug"  :

Lancez AdwCleaner, puis cliquez sur "Options" et cochez "Activer le mode déboguage". Lancez alors une analyse normale, et une fois que le crash a eu lieu, fournissez le rapport C:\AdwCleaner_dbg_xxxxxx.log qui contient les informations supplémentaires sur ce qui cause le problème.

Can you run AdwCleaner again and check "Enable debug mode" in "Option" menu. After that, just press "Scan" , you will still see this error message so just press ok. 

Then go to C:\AdwCleaner and post the content of the file called AdwCleaner_dbg_xxxxx.log

Moreover, can you tell me what is written just above the progress bar when this error message occurs ?

Normally, ADWCleaner is able to remove adware even on 64-bits computers.

In fact I suspect that if the adware is not remove, it is because ADWCleaner don't know him yet, but if it is the case I will warn it's developper.

To be sure, I need the ADWCleaner log, you will find him in :

I have been using Adwcleaner for quite some time and had always done the job well. But recently since the version 5.009 have noticed that in middle of scanning it suddenly stops and shows an error code as shown by the image. After pressing ok the program stops too and the same happens after restarting it. I am now using the latest version but the same is happening.

Sorry for the delay.

1. Please download CCleaner,
2. Go in Options tab > Advanced, untick Only delete Windows temporary files older than 24 hours.
3. Then in Options  tab > Surveillance, untick the both boxes.
4. In the Clean tab, click on "Clean".
5. When the cleaning is done, go in the "Registry" tab, click on "Find errors" and then "Fix".
