Hi cocohepeau, I just read that thread it doesn't give any explanation why this error pops up.

Do you mean that there is a problem with my windows OS or is it the program itself that is not functioning correctly?

Normally, ADWCleaner is able to remove adware even on 64-bits computers.

In fact I suspect that if the adware is not remove, it is because ADWCleaner don't know him yet, but if it is the case I will warn it's developper.

To be sure, I need the ADWCleaner log, you will find him in :

Error number is the same

AdwCleaner doesn't cleaner file and to quarantine file,  because it is not removed - it is very bad.

My PC Intel(R) Cote(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @2.40GHz  2.40 GHZ

Processor Memory 16,0 GB.

System Windows :  64 -bit operation of system.

I have been using Adwcleaner for quite some time and had always done the job well. But recently since the version 5.009 have noticed that in middle of scanning it suddenly stops and shows an error code as shown by the image. After pressing ok the program stops too and the same happens after restarting it. I am now using the latest version but the same is happening.

Ok pour RogueKiller. Le souci a été remonté au développeur et devrait être corrigé rapidement.

Dans c:/windows/minidumps, vous devez avoir un ou des fichiers .dmp. Comme ci-dessus, pouvez-vous faire une archive .zip de ces fichiers, l'héberger sur Up2Sha.re et me fournir le lien ?

Est-ce que vous pouvez retrouver le nom du fichier ou de l'infection détectée par l'antivirus ?

Merci pour la réponse rapide ! J'utilise avast antivirus. Je n'ai pas réussi à avoir le rapport des détections avast mais les noms des fichiers sont:
